Apple TV app will not let me sign on my Lg tv

What happens when you try to sign in with your Apple ID?

Do you get an error message? What does it say exactly?

Can you successfully sign in anywhere else? Do you use an iPhone or other Apple device? Can you sign in on the web at tv.apple.com (on a computer or mobile)?

Do you have an Apple TV+ subscription? On what device did you start that?

Can't sign in on my LG TV

Are you able to sign in online using Safari?

If so, delete the app on your TV and download it again from the LG Store.
