Banking card connection trouble.

Hello I am having an issue connecting my bank card to my iPhone 12. Each time I try to connect my card by the banking app it gives me a screen saying to make sure my contact information is valid which it is. If I try to connect my card from the phone it just says to contact my card issuer which I already did and they said it might be an issue with the phone but I just got this phone. The version I am using is iOS 17.6.1

Apparently the contact information you have recorded with your bank is being compared with contact information stored somewhere else. Perhaps that “somewhere else” is information you entered when setting up the card in Wallet. Perhaps it comes from Settings > Contacts > My Info. Perhaps it comes from Settings > [your Apple ID] > Personal Info. Or somewhere else?
