My Apple Airpod pro (2nd generation) is working poorly.

Even after resetting it (indicating white led), the problems still persist. It

disconnects and reconnects every seconds, battery life is low, and the

microphone quality is very bad to the extent that it makes a deafening noise to

the person I am talking to on the phone. What can I do? Please help!
