I was uploading a build to App Store Connect and got this error message: `Non-localized server string received: 'This Apple ID is not active. (-20751)'. I tried to log in to the App Store Connect website but could not do so. I have tried the suggested ways to access my Apple ID without success. Please help.

If your account says “Account Locked”, or it is inactive, that is not the same as it being disabled. You might be able to request access to your account by tapping Request Access right from the alert. This issue I'm having looks like a common problem to many users. If you have a moment please look at this thread on Apple Developer Forums which has no solution to the problem. Would you please know how I can easily reach out to the Apple support team either by email, chat, or phone? I have tried to click on support on the forums but it takes me round round without success. If you do not see your issue, keep experimenting with any series of selections until you reach one that offers a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

Yes. It's a developer question. I have tried following your suggestions and I'm getting this message: `We apologise but we are unable to verify your account information online.`
