Purchaced Movie Will Not Download_Now No Artwork Image_Error (-3201)

I purchased the movie IF (Imaginary Friends) a few days ago. I had downloaded the movie, but when I went to play it, I couldn't. I tried downloading the movie again and now I keep getting an error (-3201). Now there is no artwork image. The Internet connection is and has been good. I restarted my computer and AppleTV, with the same issue. I also tried to remove the movie from my library but this did not take. What's the fix?

Update: Now there are two icons in my library for this movie. One with artwork, one without. Neither will download.
