Lost all Aerial screensavers and music app crashing

Not sure when, but recently I’ve lost all my screen savers and is now cycling through 4 or 5, even when I manually swipe through. I did have I believe easily over 20 different ones, but they have all disappeared.


Also now my music app is very “bug” like. My main issue is when I turn my device back on to continue listening to a playlist it says “not playing”, even though I left the app open. The Other issue I’m now having is it won’t play at all, I’ve started a play list and it just freezes the app.

Force-quit the Music app and Restart Apple TV, then test again. The screensavers may need to redownload a new batch.


If you’re having problems and Apple TV still doesn’t respond after restarting, try resetting Apple TV to its factory settings. When you reset Apple TV, all data is erased, including your accounts, apps you installed and configuration. So keep in mind this is the more drastic approach towards fixing issues.
