Activity Rings Missing from Apple Watch

Hello!

Yesterday, my activity rings complication disappeared.

Looking through the app list on my watch, Activity is no longer there. I’m not sure if Fitness was ever a watch app or just an iPhone app, but it’s not listed either.

Looking through the Watch app on my iPhone, neither Activity nor Fitness are apps I can install (and neither are listed in the app list there either).

I’ve rebooted my watch with no luck.

Watch software is up to date (10.5).

Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
