How do I get a receipt for a repair I had done?

If the repair was done at an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provide...?

Then you should be able to find a record of the service by going to > https://getsupport.apple.com/activity

If not, then you will need to contact the Apple Store or Service Provider that did the repair work.
