Some of my iPhone photos blow out when edited

Seemingly at random some of my iPhone photos appear blown out when taken into editing without any adjustments being made. They appear this way when exported to Instagram and Lightroom too.

iPhone 15 pro max. iOS 17.5.1. Raw. Most images shot exactly the same way don’t do this.
