I am unable to connect my Wi-Fi to my MacBook

Hello, my problem is on my MacBook. I’m connected to the Wi-Fi but not to the Internet, but on my other devices that has the iPhone or connected and I need help I tried everything I tried factory reset or not factory reset but I reset it restart it safe boot and nothing work please help me.
