FCP Transition plug-ins not showing up

There is one folder level too many...

You have:

Motion Templates.localized ✔︎

then

Transitions.localized ✔︎

then

Smooth... Layers 3 ✔︎ - this would be the category which should appear in the Transitions folder

then

Vertical - WRONG

Each transition folder (e.g. "Zoom 1", "Zoom 2") should be directly inside the category folder.

If you want to separate the vertical versions, you could create a new category instead:

.../Transitions/Smooth ... Free 3-Vertical/Zoom 1

Try changing the name of Smooth Transition Layer free or whatever it is to Stylized. To move it into the existing Stylized category.

If Zoom in 1 is the name of the transition it looks corrupt because it doesn’t have the correct transition icon just a blank file icon.
