Airpod Pros 2nd generation not connecting to PC

So I have a pair of airpod pros 2nd generation and they connect to an iPad and iPhones perfectly fine but the second I try to pair them to a pc they just don't work, I have tried holding down the paring button multiple times and it will not work. Someone please help, I am supposed to have an important meeting in a few days and I am afraid wired earbuds will look unprofessional. Update: I fixed it, sorry for posting it has been a long day!
