Troubleshooting Apple Business Connect Login

When I try to log into my businesses connect account I get a pop up that reads "Your managed account does not have access to this application. Please contact your organizations administrator." Im trying to log in with said admin credentials. How do I get around it? Or how do I just make an new account?


Ive called and emailed "Apple Support" multiple times and have gotten no where.
