Read AirPods:

The H-Seem is there, and the Serial Number is showing these as genuine, then I'd say you're fine. The "peel here" strip is not tampered with. So, you would be just fine. When you use these, and they sync with your Apple ID, then you are good to go. If you are so concerned, then return them, and purchase them from Apple.

Determining Fake or Real AirPods:

If it has an H-Seam, and if it comes up as genuine when change with its Serial Number, and is purchased form Apple, the your are safe.
