Can I sync my Apple Watch to my iPhone without the iCloud password?

when i forgot my apple id password to log in to my current phone from my old phone i went to apple and they sent me a link which helped me reset my phone but i still had to change my icloud and password but they sent me a link to which i could use to reset you know phones and apple watches ect. but i accidentally deleted and idk how to get it back is there anything i could do to just reset without having to use my old icloud and password

About Activation Lock on your Apple Watch - Apple Support


Activation Lock is an anti-theft feature that cannot be bypassed. Only the previous owner can remove the lock by using their Apple ID & password. If the previous owner cannot or will not remove the lock, then the watch is useless to you or anyone else.
