I was trying to download something but the app wouldn’t open so I gave the phone to a friend to try and I think she deleted the app or it disappeared

I am having the same issue. The app store icon is not on the home screen nor the app library on the ipad. I, too, have turned off all screen time on my daughter's iPad.
It has vanished from the home screen and App Library. I do see it in the setting, however.
Same issue - all content restriction is now removed and the app store just vanishes before my eyes.
I was able to get the app store to show up with parental controls on by allowing install apps and delete apps
Please I really need to know too
On our kids phone, we needed to accept a parental control notification at the top of settings to get the App Store back.

Me too. When I search it, nothing. I NEED to have certain apps on my phone. Google, and apple have NO information that is useful.
