How do I request a refund on a purchase I did not agree to

I had the same problem. I never signed up for this app, do not have this app on my phone, and after hours of research, I discovered it's a social media content performance boost app: Get-lift.app

I know for sure I have NEVER signed up for such a thing. I am not interested in SM content performance, and when you google it, there's not much too it. No service explanation. It's super sketch. It did allow me to cancel it with my e-mail so we shall see.

Me too ! How do we delete this ? They are taking monthly payments and the subscription does not appear in my historic list. I hvae NEVER subscribed to this app. Did you find a solution ? I even changed my debit card and they are still doing it

I just noticed I have the same issue. I just checked my subscriptions and turns out my subscription to this app expired back in MARCH and they have still been billing me every month! I just emailed their customer service.
