How to upgrade my iPhone 7 to iOS 16?

Need iOS 16 for Netflix but it’s not available for my iPhone 7 and it’s already updated itself about a week ago. Will it ever be available , if so when?

An iPhone 6s, iPhone 7, or iPhone SE 1 isn't capable of 16 or above; they require an A11 or better CPU.

I cant use UPI in my iPhone 7 plus but it's have IOS 15 what can i do

I have seen other threads here where people are asking how to upgrade phones that can't run iOS 17, to iOS 17. From what I've read, this is due to NCPI forcing new security requirements on all vendors of UPI apps.

NCPI apparently asked Apple and Google to add new security mechanisms for UPI to iOS and Android. Apple added the requested security feature to iOS 17. Earlier versions of iOS do not have this new feature – and NCPI now only allows use of UPI when the feature is present. So, basically, NCPI locked out every iPhone user whose phone is too old to run iOS 17.

Major banks and credit unions in the U.S. typically require only iOS 15 – and sometimes only iOS 14 – to run their apps.

You could try to get NCPI to back down, and then try to get UPI app vendors to support iOS 15. But I suspect the chances of this are slim and none.

Your options are to stop using UPI, or to buy a new phone.
