Any luck with a fix? I have morethan enough load in my sim card but whenever I purchase something it still uses my credit card as mode of payment
You may need to add sufficient funds to continue using mobile phone billing.
I Had the same thing. So I just canceled my subscription and start a new one. It helped the number start working again so the problem wasn’t about the carrier.
