How do you totaly delete a book from Book’s library?

From your Library, you will see your downloaded books. At bottom-right of each book icon, you will see an ellipsis (“…”) button. For the book that you wish to delete, tap the associated button to expose an Action Menu.
From the menu, tap Remove.
