im Coelho, Today I buy iphone13pro, 8months b4 I sold my iPhone 12, I forget my Apple ID n password,im trying my iwatch synchronise with iPhone 13, but it was not possible, I'm not touch with that guy which I sold my phones want to sync my iPhone 13pro with my old watch, what can I do now

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
Then;
My Apple Watch not synchronize
