New Rates Effective January 1, 2024
Per House Bill 96 requirements, the monthly rates for the Alaska Pioneer Homes will increase by 3.2% to reflect the 2024 Social Security Cost of Living Adjustment.

Waitlist Eligibility Verification Update
Regulations governing the Division of Alaska Pioneer Homes’ waitlist have been updated, applicants are no longer required to submit annual eligibility verification letters unless requested.
