Drew Barrymore Says She Sprained Her Ankle Trying To Pee Outside: “I Ended Up Falling In A Hole”

Drew Barrymore recently suffered an embarrassing injury.

On this morning’s episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, the beloved host revealed that she sprained her ankle trying to go to the bathroom outside, leaving Saturday Night Live alum Leslie Jones horrified.

While sitting barefoot on the couch, Barrymore flashed her wrapped-up ankle to the camera.

“I thought it was one of them monitors,” Jones joked, referring to what initially appeared to be an ankle monitor on Barrymore.

However, the actress explained that she “recently wanted to pee outside,” prompting Jones to gag.

“But it was so dark, I ended up falling in a hole and spraining my ankle,” Barrymore continued, to which a repulsed Jones replied, “Because you not supposed to pee like that! That was God! That was God, like, ‘Go find a bathroom!’ White people, yo! That’s white people stuff.”

The conversation segued into Jones’ one rule about using her pool: don’t pee in it. The comedian admitted that anyone who broke her rule would be “out of [her] life.”

“That is disgusting. My pool is hot. You don’t know what your functions [are] gonna do if hot water hit it. Go to the bathroom before you get in somebody’s pool.”

Jones then joked that Barrymore is “not invited to [her] house.”

But Barrymore promised, “I’ll clean myself and I’ll get all prepped and then I can come over and swim,” noting that she’d even wear a “baby diaper” if she had to.

“Ew!” Jones fired back, before adding, “Isn’t the main thing that we need to ask is: what’s wrong with your functions? We might need to get them checked.”

When Barrymore leaned in for a hug, Jones shot a wide-eyed look of concern toward the camera.
