Hmong American Partnership is a community-based nonprofit organization focused on annually serving 30,000+ Hmong, Southeast Asian, and immigrant and refugee individuals in the Twin Cities.
HAP focuses on three impact areas, including HAP Academy OIC which is their workforce development service area, Economic Prosperity programs which create economic development opportunities for their communities, and Community Impact which provides navigation and access to emergency and basic needs services including educational opportunities for the community, chemical and mental health resources, and youth programs around violence prevention (ASCEND program and Day One services).
