Ebay app not showing all items- limited only to ebay.com

I have Ipad mini 4 with installed ebay app.But when I am trying to list some items, I see only items from ebay.com. I do not see items from other ebay locations like ebay.ca, ebay.de ebay.au etc.Do I need separate app for all ebay locations?
