Calendar Alert does not sound or go off at the time of a calendar event in Sonoma 14.5. I have set so many, nothing, not even one has gone off. Brand new Studio Ultra machine running Sonoma 14.5.
System Settings (formerly System Preferences), go to Notifications > Calendar > turn on . So this is off by default, wow, okay.
