Can’t make calls or send text messages from my phone only to certain people why would that be
I can’t call or text anybody only certain contacts will receive messages or calls why would that be?

Filters Being the Culprit:
Did you install any Security Software on your device? If so, that may be getting I the way. So, uninstall it, unless required for school and work. It is the filters of such software that would be getting in the way.
