Is there a way to clear off 0.09$ from Apple Store account?
I’ve got 0.09$ on my Apple Store but can’t change my region and wasn’t able to used it for anything I need it clear off please

Nobody on this forum can do this for you. Use one of the methods below.
If you are trying to zero your balance and still have a valid credit or debit card, you may purchase an item from the App or iTunes Stores for more than your balance. The remainder will be billed to your card, leaving you with nothing in your account balance.
Alternatively, you could ask Apple Support to remove and keep the balance. Remember that the people on this forum are just other Apple products users like yourself and are unable to do this for you. This is more direct than using Official Apple Support which will just eventually lead you to the same place after some searching.
If the above direct link does not work for you, go to https://getsupport.apple.com/?s=n , enter “empty balance” or “zero balance” in the search line, press enter to search, then on the next page select “Clear Apple ID balance”. On the next page select a chat or telephone call option.

P.S. The general support link at Official Apple Support provided in an earlier reply takes you to the top level of the help search menu from which you then have to do additional searching. The direct contact links I provide are the ones that Apple provides specifically for people wanting to ask them to remove balance.;-)
