Random Find My Apple Watch alerts

I received multiple consecutive alerts on my Apple Watch. And 4 emails advising of the alerts. I had all my devices with me. What happened?

Another name in notifications from the application "activity" hello, yesterday my watch received a notification from the "activity" application where someone else's name was indicated. this is not my name and all profiles are mine, and notifications from this application write someone else's name.
