How can I reset my iPhone's Screen Time passcode without the Apple ID?

My ex girlfriend created a screen time passcode for me using her Apple ID. I need to reset me old iPhone and it also carried onto my new iPhone and I need the screen time passcode. We don’t talk anymore. WHAT DO I DO!

Your only option is to restore your phone to factory settings, and set it up as a new phone without restoring a backup→Restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support

If you can reset the iPhone, you will not be able to restore it from the backup, as that will only load the screen time passcode back to the device.
