Frustrated with Activity Update Bugs on Apple Watch

Apple activity weekly updates are increasingly incorrect or frozen on my Apple Watch. I did contact support and wasted several hours with no real resolution. The problem occurs with Polar H10 heart rate monitor and Polar Beat App which has permission to write to Apple Health. It writes to Activity log correctly but does not add to the active calories. I use Polar H10 because it is far more accurate at measuring heart rate during high intensity workouts. For such workouts with fast variations in hear rate, the watch heart rate sensor is notoriously inaccurate.

Even when not using the Polar monitor, the activity weekly summary freezes for hours. Restarting Watch OS, phone IOS *does not* fix the problems.
