iCloud email folders showing in a variety of languages on PC

Every time I open my icloud email on my pc (Dell) it opens with the folders in a different language - including now, Russian! I have no idea why. When I right click and select 'translate to English' it does - but badly. Languages so far have included Spanish, French, Polish, Russian and are random! Can anyone tell me how to change this please. Thanks.
