Missing Transactions on Apple Wallet and Apple Card

I had a question about how to fix the issue of my MISSING "latest transactions" on the wallet app. It was listing only 2023 and none for 2024. I found a similar sort of question on here from 2021 but there wasn't an answer really provided. SO, I kept hunting and I found out the SOLUTION and wanted to share in case others are having a similar issue.

GoldmanSacs Apple Card is the default card

I called the customer support number 1-877-255-5923

The bot asked questions:

say Apple Card

TYPE into keyboard last 4 of SSN

say "latest transactions NOT showing on the app"

I had to say it a couple of times, then the bot gave up and transferred me to a person

They had me:

open the wallet

select the apple card

click on the three dot menu (upper right)

select CARD DETAILS

scroll up

select the red REMOVE CARD

then pull up from the bottom to see your "open apps"

swipe up on the wallet app to close out of it

WAIT about 30 secs or longer

open the Wallet app

Select the Black + sign (upper right)

Select "Previous Card" (should be the one you just removed)

Select ADD CARD

I had to enter in some passwords

Then it will say "Adding Card" and will scroll

Then boom, all of my latest 2024 transactions were now visible.

Best of luck.

Try it on your own first, or just call them.

OH, to put the Apple Card back as your DEFAULT card, simply "long hold" it and drag it to the front of the pile.
