Please add Chinese phone number

I was messing around changing region from Aus to USA to China to Aus. still asks for a Chinese number. I no longer have an Aus number from when i originally signed up.

iPhone XR, iOS 17

i tried deleting the Chinese app Kook, the Discord alternative. Will update of bad news
