How can I delete Books I never signed up for in Apple Library?

I recently updated my iPad to ios 17; and then saw that in my Apple Library, I have a section called

ALL in the Library.

Under ALL - are the books I have downloaded; plus a whole series of books that say BUY under it,

yet when I try to open it, it says no longer available on Apple Books. Yet I cannot delete these books.

About 15 got put under the ALL section.

I really want to delete them, as I never signed up to get them and haven't paid for them either.

How do I delete these books please....
