My HomePod mini is taking a long time to do anything, is always disconnected and trying to reconnect to my iPhone, and airplay does not work on the HomePod mini. Is there solution to this besides restarting the HomePod and resetting the HomePod. I have tried almost everything I can find on the internet and nothing has fixed it permanently.
SOLVED! I went to my internets website to check what was online and what was offline. HomePod was shown to be online. However, the middle WiFi extender of the trio was offline. So I Reset the middle extender. Just to give it a little boost of internet connection we prioritized the HomePods connection. This solved the issue and it is working flawlessly now.
All of a sudden both my HomePod and HomePod mini can not be seen in airplay. Tried resetting them. Does not help
Some users with dual band routers find that HomePod is more reliable with the 5GHz radio disabled, or set to a different SSID that the setup device doesn't have credentials for.
