Directorate-General for Interpretation
The Directorate-General for Interpretation organises on-site training at universities and study visits in Brussels.
During a multi-day visit to your university, Commission trainers offer a selection of 13 modules for teachers and students, ranging from 'first steps in interpreting' to 'mock conferences' to 'how to organise a training session'.
During a 1/2-day to 3-day visit to Brussels, students learn about the recruitment and working conditions of EU interpreters and practice in a 'dummy' booth with a trainer.
