Horrible. Paid the year in advance and wish I hadn't. Searches don't sort properly and lacks the variety of tool options other places have. The extension hasn't worked once in several days. It will pop up and work occasionally but most times it doesn't work. After the prepaid year is up I won't be using again. Far better research tools out there. Great, I use for my Etsy store and am now at the top of the search page almost every time. It is accurate and fabulous - I won't list items without double checking on Sales Samurai first. I took a break from Etsy for awhile and canceled with no issues and then now signed up again, also with NO issues - AND all my data from before is still saved so I didn't have to start all over again. It's great!
