As the HRIS Coordinator, you will be part of the Human Resources team and will be managing employee data in our HR System and responding to employee’s questions as well as participating in various projects.
Responsabilities & Tasks
- Data entry for employee files (hire, termination, change request, disability, parental leave, etc.)
- Data entry validation
- Ensure process integrity in the validation of HR requests
- Respond to employee requests via our HR Center
- Creation/Management of reports
- Position creation
- Participation to various meetings
- You will have to manage continuous improvement projects and participate in other ones when needed.
- Works closely with our Payroll Department
- Support to the Recruitment team (Job postings, pre-employment process, follow up with candidates, initialize onboarding process and preparation of hiring files)
- Knowledge of the HR function
- Bilingual (French/English) – spoken and written
- Knowledge of an HR system desirable (UKG or other)
- Good computer knowledge (Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Good project management skills
- Well organized/structured
- Interested in system and different technologies
- Team player
- Ability to manage priorities and multi-tasking
- Must exercise discretion – Data confidentiality
- Detail oriented and rigor
