NDA Admit Card 2023 – UPSC NDA 1 Exam will be conducted on 16th April 2023 for all the candidates who have successfully registered for NDA 1 exam 2023. The Union Public Service Commission has released the NDA 1 Admit card 2023 on its official website on 24th March 2023.
The UPSC releases NDA/ NA Admit Card a few weeks before the date of the exams. Candidates who have registered for the UPSC NDA 1 Exam are required to show up for the offline examination with a hard copy of their UPSC NDA 1 Admit Card, which can be obtained through the official website via the direct link mentioned in the article below.

NDA Admit Card 2023 –Union Public Service Commission is going to conduct the written examination for admission to National Defence Academy & Naval Academy courses commencing on 16th April 2023 for which UPSC NDA 1 Admit Card will be issued three weeks before the exam on upsc.nic.in. UPSC announced a total of 395 vacancies for the NDA I 2023 exam, which is the less than the NDA II exam total number of vacancies which was 400.
The Union Public Service Commission released NDA 2 Admit Card 2022 on August 10th 2022. Candidates appearing for the National Defense Academy Exam on September 4th 2022 can download the NDA e-Admit Card.
Steps to Download NDA 1 Admit Card
UPSC releases NDA exam admit cards on the official website, and only those candidates whose applications are accepted will be able to download the e-admit card. Candidates are required to download the NDA exam admit card following the below-mentioned steps-
- Visit the official website of UPSC, i.e. upsc.gov.in
- Look out for ‘What new section’ and Click on ‘e-admit card NDA II exam 2023’
- A new window will open with the Download Link, click on the link
- Read the instructions carefully and proceed. An example is given below in the form of a screenshot:
- Provide Registration ID Or Roll number and date of birth and press ‘Submit’.
- Check all details mentioned and download NDA admit card 2023.
NDA Admit Card Important Instructions
- No paper Admit Card will be issued for the Examination by the Commission.
- Candidates have to download the NDA exam admit card and produce it at the exam centre along with proof of Identity (as entered in the Online Application) for appearing in the Examination.
- The proof of identity can be an Aadhaar Card/ Voter Card/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ Any other Photo ID Card issued by the State or Central Government.
- In case the photograph is not visible or available on the NDA e-admit Card, candidates are advised to carry three (3) identical photographs (one photograph for each session) along with the printout of the admit card.
- In case of any discrepancy in the e-Admit Card, the same may be communicated to the Commission immediately at e-mail ID: usnda-upsc@nic.in.
Note- Wearing a mask or face cover is mandatory for all candidates. Candidates without mask/face cover will not be allowed entry into the Venue. Further, candidates are allowed to bring their own hand sanitiser in transparent bottles. Besides the above, candidates have to follow COVID-19 norms of ‘social distancing’ as well as ‘personal hygiene’ inside the Examination Halls/Rooms as well as on the premises of the Venue.

NDA I & NDA II 2023 Admit Card Dates:
The official notification for NDA 1 exam was released on 21st December 2022 and the application process was closed on 12th January. Candidates who have successfully applied can attend the exam on 16th April 2023, the admit card for which has been released on 24th March 2023. NDA 2 2023 is scheduled to be conducted in September 2023. The Admit Card for NDA 2 2023 will be available in August 2023.

There are three categories of information on the UPSC NDA admit card: personal information, exam information and exam location information. One week prior to the exam, if any candidate has not received their NDA admit card or if the admit card has an issue, they should get in touch with the testing organisation right once. Exam Day Guidelines for NDA 2023
The following are the NDA 2023 exam guidelines for candidates to check:
- Candidates should carry any one of the following photo-identity proof along with the admit card:
- Passport-SIze Photographs
- Candidates need to bring Passport/Driving License/Voter ID/Aadhar card/College/School ID card to the exam centre for verification
- Required Photo-identity proof
- To the exam location, candidates must bring two passport-sized photos. The images must match those that were uploaded during the registration procedure.
- Keep the admit card until the official NDA result is announced in 2023.
- Ten minutes prior to the start of the exam, the entry gate closes. Entry for the morning session closes at 9:50 a.m., while entry for the afternoon session concludes at 1:50 p.m.
- Prohibited Items: Mobile phones, calculators, or any other electronic devices are banned inside the exam centre. Smartwatches are strictly prohibited.
- Use of normal or simple wristwatches is allowed inside the exam hall. Wearing a mask is mandatory for all candidates.
- Candidates without a mask will not be allowed entry into the exam centre.
- Carry a personal bottle of small sanitiser (transparent bottle).
- Social distancing, as well as personal hygiene, should be maintained inside the exam centre.
- Candidates need to remove their masks for verification.
- A black point pen should be brought by candidates to mark the answers.
- For each session of the exam, applicants whose photos are not clearly printed on their NDA admission cards should present photo identification documentation and three passport-sized photographs together with an undertaking.
- To minimise any issues on the day of the exam, candidates are recommended to approach their NDA exam centre at least one day in advance.
SSB Admit Card for Interview
Candidates should log into the appropriate website of the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force to download the admit card after passing the written exam with the NDA cutoff. The SSB Interview is conducted in two stages for testing the Intelligence and Personality of candidates.
