The CAT 2017 was conducted on November 26, 2017 by IIM Lucknow. The exam was conducted across 144 test centres throughout the country. The exam was conducted in two slots i.e. morning slot or slot 1 (9 AM to 12 PM) and afternoon slot or Slot 2 (2:30 PM to 5:30 PM). An overall raw score of 155 to 160 can be considered a good attempt and the candidates scoring more than 160 can easily fall in the 98 to 99 percentile segment. The candidates can check CAT score vs Percentile to know more about the score calculation and percentile mapping.

The overall difficulty of the CAT 2017 paper can be considered as moderate. The pattern for CAT 2016 was repeated this year.
