If during your 120-night sleep trial (which begins once you receive your new mattress), you decide that you are not completely happy with your mattress and wish to return it, we will help dispose of your mattress and help you begin your return.
Please allow 30 days to laps from the date of delivery before beginning the return process.
Customers are able to make use of this 120-night comfort trial on one occasion. The second occasion is not eligible for a return.
Please note: there is a $99 return fee for all mattress returns to cover the cost of picking up your mattress. We do our very best to donate, recycle, or otherwise repurpose all returned mattresses.

Most mattresses and sleep accessories are shipped via FedEx, and occasionally UPS.
Yes, we are proud to offer financing options through our partnership with Affirm.
Financing with Affirm is fast, super easy, and lets you pay over a 3, 6, or 12 month period. Simply place your items in your cart and then proceed to checkout. When you arrive at the payments page, please select “Affirm” as your preferred payment method. (https://www.affirm.com/how-it-works)
Go ahead and click on “Complete Order” (doing so will not place your order just yet). You will be directed to the financing application page. Please provide your name, phone number, email address, and the last four digits of your social security number.
It takes 30 seconds or less to get approved. Once approved you can choose whether you'd like to pay off your order in 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
If you are happy with the offered monthly payment and interest rate (which can be as low as 0% APR depending on your credit), go ahead and complete your order!
Due to the ongoing supply chain shortages, some of our sleep products may take longer than usual to produce. Mattress production times have increased to between 5-12 business days.
We will send you a follow-up email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
While it typically takes 3-5 business days for packages to be delivered via FedEx or UPS, due to overwhelming transportations demands, arrival times may vary.
Once your package has left our facility, you can check the status of your package by viewing the tracking information online or contacting the carrier directly with questions or concerns.
We provide FREE FedEx Ground Shipping on all products to all contiguous U.S. States (48 states, excluding Alaska & Hawaii).
Shipping to Hawaii or Alaska starts at $125 per mattress, $45 for accessories. Shipping to Canada is done via DHL and starts at $250 per mattress, $65 for accessories. Shipping charges to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada are non-refundable.
