"Not a fan of the new packaging. I want to know if a coffee is light or dark so I know what to expect. Why get rid of that feature? Many of the newer coffees have a nasty finish to them. They’re leaving a metallic taste behind and I’m not a fan. "

"My last two deliveries have been the 2 bags of the same coffee. I'd be fine if it was two different beans from the same roaster, but the same beans from the same roaster is not what I expect. "Coffee is top notch. Would like to order again but won’t due to shipping times. Tried different methods that included free shipping by Certain dates to even paying for shipping. Shipping to Hawaii sucks big time. Avg time for delivery seems about 3-4 weeks. Trade coffee, Olympia coffee all will get delivered in about a week to Maui. Just wish Bean box would as I enjoy their coffee but don’t want to wait a month or so."
