Returns and Refunds

YOUR RETURN

One or more items in your order do not suit you? We are happy to receive your return within 30 days for any reason. Please note that when you return your entire order, a deduction of 1.50EUR will be applied to the refund (handling costs and transaction costs).

For custom procedures reason, returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the European Union.

Groups of items that have enjoyed from the "buy 2 get 1 free" promo cannot be returned or refunded.

Items at -30% or more sales , during the sales period, are final sales and are not refundable.

Return costs are not covered and are not refunded.

To make a return from France:

1. Pack your return in its original package, or other packaging.
2. Insert in your return package a paper indicating your order number.
3. Go to a post office or on laposte.fr
4. Indicate your sender details, then indicate in the address of the recipient the address of our returns management office: Vaymode, 2 rue du pilier, 93300 Aubervilliers, France
5. Drop off your return at the post office.

To make a return from another European country:

1. Pack your return in its original package, or other packaging.

3. Go to your national post office, or on the website of your national post.

5. Drop off your return at the post office.

YOUR REFUND

Immediate refund after receipt of the return.

For reasons of hygiene, articles worn or having assimilated a personal perfume cannot be refunded. Our team reserves the right to inspect these conditions.

YOUR ORDER AND PROCESSING TIMES

We process your order within 24 hours after its validation (excluding weekends and public holidays). The delivery time may then vary depending on the delivery method chosen. We do not guarantee the delivery time which is for information only.

We are unable to guarantee the cancellation of your order, whether the request is made within 24 hours or not.
