TEMU is fantastic!

Once you get past the promotions and games to try to win free items, they have good quality stuff. I was confused at first why the same item came up as different prices in my searches but was told that the different items ship from many different facilities, that's why some take much longer than others to reach you. I learned to search in clearance and deals first then to search the entire site for whichever item I wanted to find the best price on. I HAVE received some items that were cheap and broke easily but not very many. Most of what I've ordered has been of good quality and I would definitely recommend shopping Temu before paying big box store prices for the same item. The app is easy to navigate, once you let the promotions pop up and X off of them. Temu is also very good to give a $5 credit if any shipment is late. They push sharing their site with others (by gift boxes to open or choosing items you want for free) but you don't have to participate if you don't want to. I do play the games because they're fun and sometimes at random, they will send out a free item anyway. I love Temu!

Don’t get sucked in for the free stuff

You will get an email stating that you can get like 7 free items and who doesn’t like free stuff but it’s not as easy as they make it out to be. For example if your total is $100 for your free stuff you have to send an invite to your friends and if you bought something it will get deducted from the $100 until you reach like a $1 or so and that’s when the fun begin. Now you have to invite the entire world and they need to download the app and then a few cents gets deducted here and couple of cents gets deducted there and you will never be able to get the last $0.25 off so that being said you already advertise for them but no free stuff because no free stuff until the detection reached zero and you have 24 hrs to complete it. Its not like you can invite a few of your friends and have them download, NO they want you to invite every friend you have and I’m not sure if that’s will be enough because I wasn’t able to finish it. They do that on purpose because they want the people to give up. Free advertisement for nothing. It’s a scam and don’t fall for that because I did. I heard the quality it’s really bad but I haven’t got the stuff I ordered yet so I can’t say for sure one way or another until I get my stuff then I’ll update the feedback about the quality. Do yourself a favor and don’t fall for the free stuff they offer you because it’s a headache, scam and free advertisement for them.

HORRIBLE experience

I have been using this app for a while, however I have had many issues with the quality of these clothes. I bought a pair of sweatpants and as they arrived they looked nothing like the pictures. They had a strange seam line going down them, which wasn’t on the picture. Oh well, I’ll just contact them. I was given a refund, no problem, however I was still a little upset with the situation as it left a bad taste in my mouth. So, I go ahead and make another purchase, buying two pairs of pants and a shirt. The shirt was poor quality, but it was pretty cheap, so I was not too mad. But the pants were the problem. I received a pair of jeans that were blue and looked NOTHING like the picture. And as I opened the package, I discovered they were WET. They were in the package in a secure plastic bag, so I have no idea how they were wet. I can’t imagine it was a shipping issue, because nothing else was wet. And the other pair of pants I received looked nothing like the imagine. Angry with what I received, I contact Temu about the two pairs of pants. And they told me there was nothing I could do without a refund. Here’s the thing - I don’t think I should be forced to use my gas money (I do not live near a postal box) to return my LOW QUALITY items that are NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE of them while they’re wet!!! This is a horrible business. I’ve recommended so many people to this app, but these Temu does not care. I am BEYOND angry with this experience and in disbelief.
