SOLVI is genuinely so helpful, it doesn’t JUST give the answer, it explains how to get there so you can try another on your own, in an actual realistic way. It ends where a real calculus student would end instead of randomly simplifying somewhere or using some crazy hard rule. This has been so helpful for my boyfriend throughout our first few months of college since his professor is actually the worst, she doesn’t explain anything and gives a 90 horrible problems to do each weekend, where they just spam cos(x)s and tan⁻¹(x) and have roots nested inside of roots nested inside of more roots all over some more horrible trig functions and roots. Solving the derivative of f(x)=√(2x+√(7+√(6-x))) is genuinely difficult, and you should give it a try. This app makes solving easy when you know the answer and can try yourself to get there, and then can check your steps. Essentially, it’s an actual resource rather than Symbolab which really only gives you the explanation if you pay.

the app works great. i’ve only been using this app for a few hours though, so please take this review with a grain of salt! the processing time takes a bit, but usually no longer than 2-3 minutes. very convenient and easy to use and understand. it shows all the solving steps for free. however, it does cost money to take pictures after ten solved questions. i would say it’s worth it, though. the AI is extremely smart, even that surprised me. it can solve multiple choice questions and even do algebra with specific instructions. very helpful. all the steps are shown for free, which is very convenient. you get i think 2-3 free questions. there’s a first time promo where you get ten questions for .99 cents, as well. i think this app is very underrated!

Pretty solid.

The app will give you 75 stars if you watch an ad. My only issue why they give you 75 and not 10, as it takes 10 stars for each generation. 75 will leave you 5 stars left. While I do wish they allowed you to make more for free, i understand they have to make their money. As for solving MATH problems because that is what i use this for, they solve them very well. They have a step by step break down through text, which is a lot easier for me to comprehend rather than someone speaking it to me. This app allows me to understand how i am doing something, so instead of using it as a tool to just cheat through something i’m actually learning it, and pretty quickly as well. Their calculator needs some add ins though, as it doesn’t have everything algebra 2 has for a calculator but other than that app works great.
