MyPATHH serves as a platform for students to continue their transformative journey. Inside the app alumni from Warrior PATHH will find ways to connect with each other, track their wellness and receive continuing education related to the concepts of posttraumatic growth and the regulation practices they have been introduced to.
In using this app, students will find a thriving support network made up of fellow warriors, instructors and mentors who are continuing to find ways to integrate lessons learned from their training as they move forward down their path of transforming struggle into strength.

MyPATHH is not only the best way to keep up with this community, it’s just a well put together app. It always works and allows me to keep up with the people and support that is critical for my well-being. Warrior PATHH is a process, not just an event, and part of that process is daily work on our practices. MyPATHH makes it easy to participate in groups and reminds me of the practices when I sometimes come up short. This is my go-to app that has a positive influence on my daily life.
Life changing
This alphas been an absolute lifesaver for me. It full of positive things. It allows people to talk about real life things that we struggle with, and allows other members to encourage and give advice for things that have worked for them.

There’s not enough space to articulate how important Warrior Pathh and the Struggle Well program has done for me and my family. I love the practices and the program that helps me stay on task!
