Description
The new app for discovering Italy's cultural heritage.
Musei Italiani allows you to have, in one place, information about the times, access, and services of Italian state museums, with the ability to purchase tickets from a secure and certified source. Musei Italiani is issued by the Italian Ministry of Culture.
In particular, through Musei Italiani you will be able to:
- discover the Italian museum heritage, being able to search among many state museums, all in the same app;
- have verified and updated information regarding the opening hours, services to the public and services related to accessibility of each museum;
- buy the ticket for your visit, knowing that you are using a safe and certified source;
- save your favorite museums;
- perform advanced searches so you can better plan your stay or vacation.
In order to use Musei Italiani, you do not need to register. Creating your own profile is only required to access certain services, such as purchasing tickets or saving favorites.
Musei Italiani is just beginning, and new features will be released and existing ones improved in the coming months.

Cannot make payment
This would be an incredible app if I could just make a payment for tickets. I too tried credit cards snd Apple Pay. If kept saying my bank/ credit card company declined. I called the credit card companies and they saw no attempted transaction.

Fails to accept any form of payment.
Could not successfully pay for our tickets. An error appeared every time we tried to pay, we attempted multiple credit cards, Apple Pay, no success.

Still won’t accept payment
Tried several methods, and like others have noted, the payment section still doesn’t work. The App will be nice once that’s fixed
