Simple, Consistent, and Phenomenal Quality Across Apps

I really love your products and the consistency across games. One request that I would ask for is the ability to change the interface for dark mode or for the smart invert setting on the iPad or iPhone to be compatible with the app. As a person with disabilities, using the app can be very visually strenuous. Currently the only option for changing the interface is classic invert which does not allow for the distinguishing highlights when you press and hold the number.

Thank you so much for your games and the consistency of your platforms. Your abs have exposed me to fun dynamic puzzles I didn’t even know existed! I’ve been able to learn games (like sudoku), I’ve always wanted to get good at many different types of puzzles, and now I play them insistently. I know that whichever app I choose that I will have a great playing experience where I learned something new, get to challenge my skills, and enjoy puzzles ad nauseam. This is one of the only game platforms that I have enjoyed enough to purchase more options outside of the free version. This is one of the only app platforms that I have consistently wanted to make expansion pack purchases; it is also nice to feel comfortable doing so Because I know that I will get the quality I want! Thank you again!

Conceptis Puzzles Are The Best

I’ve been doing Conceptis Puzzles for years now. Before my iPad purchase, I used their website. The execution of their puzzles are top notch. I really appreciate that they didn’t make this a subscription app although the purchase of the puzzle packs adds up to a good chunk of change over time. However, the puzzles can be replayed and you always get a free weekly puzzle. Spreading out my purchases has made the cost manageable. Also appreciate the addition of the Combo puzzles for an additional twist. However, there are two improvements that I would like. Firstly, it really needs a dark mode because I often play in low light settings in the evening. Secondly, I wish the puzzle titles would alphabetize consistently and properly when I have them sorted by “Mine”. I like to work through my purchases by jumping to a different puzzle size or difficulty each time, but 5-Grid Mediums will be listed before 5-Grid Hard. Also, 5-Grid Hard titles really don’t seem to get listed in a consistent pattern, so I have to search for them.

The best interface... but too expensive!

Their genius idea? Arrange the "pencil marks" spatially in each square so you can tell what it is by its position if you're zoomed out too far. Highlighting pencil marks when that number is selected is also nice (although I wish you could pick the color), as are speed tools like being able to just tap a square once to place a chosen number there.

The multi-Sudoku puzzles are fun, although I wish there were more included in the free version, but then again who doesn't? The reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 is the price of the "volumes" or expansion packs. Shelling out up to US$3.99 for just 24 puzzles is ridiculous. These things are computer-generated! For that price, I'd expect at least several hundred. Even 99 cents for just 24 puzzles is rather high. There also doesn't appear to be an option to pay a slightly higher amount ($10 would be fair) to get the whole library. Right now there are 107 volumes available to purchase, each only 24 puzzles, ranging in price (in the US) from $1-$4 in $1 increments. Assuming an equal distribution of prices (which I don't think is accurate, as they seem to skew toward the higher end), it would cost me around $270 to get them all, not including tax. No way.
