I truly want you to reach your health and fitness goals, and the K.I.S.S. Fitness app and program has what you need. You will only need minimal equipment, if any, for the home version, and the gym versions are always done on equipment that is present in pretty much every gym in the world.
About In-app Purchases

The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.
